Help Wanted:

So we are on the hunt for a new roommate come the end of the month and Dave and I have started a competition for the best Craigslist ad for the available rooms. The current wager is a $50 bet that says I can write an ad that will produce our future roommate and he is saying he can write an ad that will catch the eye of the "to-be-roomie". I am willing to win this thing anyway possible so feel free to submit some kind of kick ass idea to help me to win. I'll keep you posted.
